
To enter into the realm of meditation is to become more sensitive to how your general mood, mental states and even physical experience constantly change. Meditation methods; like awareness of the breath help you to be more present and notice more of what is going on as it happens. Noticing helps to draw upon a wisdom that realises that habit by it’s very nature is limiting your potential for creativity. Habitual thoughts and emotional tendencies tend to lose their force when that intuitive wisdom arises. When habits dissolve, the hearts energy is free to flow and expand.
